Be FULL of love and happiness!


To have a successful and healthy relationship, one must already be self-fulfilled, happy, and exude love. It can be destructive to try to go into a relationship seeking happiness when you’re not happy with yourself. You are in control of your happiness. It is a matter of choice. Take the step in finding it in yourself before you find it in someone else.

Communication

 One of the most undervalued assets for a long-lasting relationship is communication. How is someone supposed to know how you feel if you don’t express it? It’s always healthy to express yourself when you feel a certain way. When you communicate with your partner, you are able to discuss the issue, simplify it, and resolve accordingly. Never let a thought ponder in your head; express your point of view as well as keeping your partner’s perspective in mind.

The idea is not to argue and see who’s right and who’s wrong; the idea is to reach an agreement that’s beneficial for both parties.

Work as a team

Dependability exercises your trust in a relationship. When you make promises or plans, always follow through. Your words mean everything to your partner, so when the time comes to take action, deliver!

We have all been in a situation where we depended on someone, or someone depended on us. Keep this in your mind when your partner asks something of you.

What they’re really saying is how much they need you at that moment. Be present. Let them know you are there for them. Even simple, reassuring words can make a world of difference.

This has to be on of the most important tips to a healthy and successful relationship. Most people go into relationships pretending to be someone that they’re not, and this is what ruins the potential of a remarkable relationship. Being yourself allows the other person to see your individuality, and enables them to appreciate you for it. Don’t be afraid to be vulnerable, because healthy relationships are made of real, wholehearted people. 
Drop all expectations and assumptions. If your partner can’t accept your flaws, then they certainly don’t deserve your strengths.
Explore together and have fun
 Be adventurous with your partner and try new things. Keep the relationship fun and go out into nature and explore what life has to offer. There should never be a dull moment. This is also the best time to get to know your partner in a new environment while make a powerful connection. Always be open to each other’s differences and take the time to explore one another’s passion.

Having a healthy relationship is actually simple, but somehow people complicated it with expectations, lack of vulnerability, communication, and authenticity.


By exercising these fundamentals, your relationship will prosper and expand beyond what you ever imagined. The connections that you build with your partner will be fortified with these mindful practices.
