Anti-gravity yoga

All the rage among American fans of fitness the so called anti-gravity yoga exercises all of which are performed in a silk hammock. There are two variants of body position - lying flat or hanging upside down. Christopher Harrison, the creator of the trend is convinced that such a body position helps develop a sense of balance and relax the spine after excessive stress.
